Payment rules change
Limits rise, regulations land, cutoffs move. If you work in payments and something here is stale, email with a source link. Corrections are prioritised over everything else.
What we can't help with: Transfereta can't see, trace or retrieve your specific transfer. No outside service can; only the banks in the chain have that visibility. If a payment has passed its latest (normal) window, contact your sending bank and request a trace (for SWIFT transfers, ask them to trace the UETR). Please don't email account numbers or personal financial details. We have nowhere to store them, and wouldn't want to.
